Take 1 stickpack per day. The content of the stickpack dissolving with saliva, it can be placed directly on the tongue and taken without water, preferably in the morning between meals.
Sweeteners: Isomalt, sorbitol; Fermented FOS from Lactobacillus paracasei CNCM-5220, flavor, vitamin C (L-Ascorbic acid), Acidifier: cidrigo acid; caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose; Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Chlorate).
