Take 1 to 2 sachets per day according to your needs. Pour the contents of the sachet into a glass of water, stirring until the powder is completely dissolved and take immediately, preferably between meals.
Maltodextrin, Aroma, Fermented FOS from Lactobacillus paracasei CNCM I-5220, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves d.e. tit. 2% rosmarinic acid, acidity regulator: citric acid; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose.
